The sensor measures rotational displacements between a fixed point, a “reference point”, and a movable one.

To install the sensor, the first step involves securing the potentiometer to the chassis by utilizing two M3 screws or an iron bracket that you have made. Once the sensor is installed on your vehicle, you can connect the rotating cursor to the throttle, pedal, or other mobile parts.

It is crucial to ensure that both the throttle and the potentiometer are in their "zero position" when beginning. The potentiometer should be in its "zero position" when the throttle is not pressed, and it should reach its "high" position when the throttle is entirely pressed.

This particular device has a mechanical measurement range of up to 130° and an electrical measurement range of up to 106°. It is necessary to avoid exceeding the maximum measurement range of the instrument. If you require measurements of larger displacements, you should use a different sensor, as incorrect use may cause significant harm to the sensor.
